I get it. You’re where I was a few years ago. I wish I had a supportive community of other established and ambitious VAs to turn to – people who wanted to grow larger-scale enterprises and were happy to share their wins and mistakes along the way.

I couldn’t find the VA community I needed, so I created one…

After a period of rapid growth, I had to transition to an agency quickly. My head was barely above water, and I couldn’t find the right person to help me navigate the specific challenges I faced.

There are plenty of mentors and communities focused on helping early-stage VAs, and many trainers offer coaching to established VAs. However, I’ve found that they often aren’t actively running a VA business themselves; they typically switch fully to coaching.

This leaves a huge gap in the market for those who are moving from a small team to a full-scale VA agency to be supported by someone who is actually doing it themselves.

I wanted guidance from someone who was not just coaching from the sidelines but actively in the thick of running a successful agency…

I also wanted to meet other VAs who were ready to take the leap, invest in their success, and work hard to build a business they love, just like I was.

I couldn’t find the right mentor or community myself, so that’s why I created the Visionary VA Circle (ViVA).

ViVA isn’t for people who are happy staying where they are.

It’s for people who:

Meet Holly Copsey, ViVA Founder

Hi, I’m Holly. Since starting my VA business in 2018, I’ve grown an award-winning, six-figure agency from the ground up.

I scaled fast and at times, I wondered what on earth I was doing… It’s been hard. It’s been rewarding. It’s been a real journey.

But after going through the initial aches and pains, I’ve finally got the business in a place where it feels ‘grown-up’. My agency Virtually Priceless now has a team of over 30 amazing people. We have a clear strategy in place, strong senior leadership team, and HUGE goals and aspirations.

Now, I’m in an exciting position to pass that knowledge and experience to others with similar dreams, through business mentoring, training and the supportive free community I started in January 2024.

The woman behind the community…

After many years working as the right-hand woman to senior leaders in the financial services sector, I decided to ditch corporate life and the long hours working and commuting that came with it.

I started my own business so that I could spend more time with and have flexibility around my two young children. We are all pretty horse-mad, so during our free time, you’ll usually find us at the stables near our home in Essex (where I also have my office!).

I truly believe in lifting others up and working hard to create a fulfilling, successful business. It’s not an easy road, but I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
